7.01 The New Deal
Jumping pretty much straight in from season six (so May is in a healing pod and Yoyo is recovering from Shrike infection) we kand in 1931, where the Chronicoms are trying to prevent S.H.I.E.L.D. forming so they can conquer Earth unopposed after the Shrike destroyed their homeworld. They do a brutal for PG-ish TV and frankly unwise face-stealing trick to go undercover, while the gang has to do it the old-fashioned way by changing clothes.
7.02 Know Your Onions
Electric men! (Private joke.) And a great gratuitous May fight, against Enoch who gets to no-sell most of her hits but she keeps on hitting.
The history-saving feels more Timeless than Doctor Who or Legends Of Tomorrow in tone, even though time is being threatened by space androids...
