A sequel after 29 years, which has some interesting effects in the view on witches, with (a) a not very convincing sympathetic backstory for the Sanderson sisters and (b) who can use magic and to what end.
As a wallow in nostalgia it’s fine, as a thing in itself it’s pretty thin. But I did appreciate the jokes about the original’s fandom, Doug Jones getting more to do, and the effects upgrade allowing an emotional performance from the eye in the spellbook.
Format: Disney+ exclusive. Various media promo bits online but not in the D+ page itself.
