25f: Star Trek Adventures
Because every Star Trek series needs an unfamiliar alien on the bridge.
One thing the character creator doesn’t include is DIY species, which would be more work for a database than a GM and player. So I looked through the Talents list and tagged the relevant books so I could create something like the Turians from Mass Effect, giving them the raptor-like strength and speed.
Not so concerned about culture because they’re more of a Star Wars style “just folks” type with some classic Proud Warrior Race notes about honour.
One Rigellian Chelon Talent from the Beta Quadrant sourcebook, and otherwise run from core.
