Darth Maul was cut from
Obi-wan Kenobi, having been established as not so dead in
Solo after dying in
The Phantom Menace, coming back in
The Clone Wars, and dying again,
really well, five years ago today in
Rebels. (
Solo is set earlier, and I know people who didn’t follow the animated series and were puzzled by his not-dead-ness.) Would he have gotten a third good death scene?
