A future Vampire game Harpy

Due to an electronic music event nearby this weekend with Lothian Buses providing transport, I saw an ad for it and this woman in an audience shot. It turns out that the folding fan is event branding, but the image of someone coming to a rave all in black (complete with sunglasses) with a lace fan said Cool Vampire to me very clearly.

I've spent ages staring at this trying to work out why this is weird, but it's because I'm perfectly used to people bringing folding fans to dance events isn't it?
