This is listed as Finale Part I on the menu. With season two confirmed yesterday, you can have a finale called Finale without viewers worrying that it’s the series finale.
But, the episode title card actually says...
We open with Crosshair transporting Hunter, then to Ord Mantell with Omega still pacing.
Despite knowing it’s a trap, the Batch follow Hunter’s comm to Kamino, where the constant thunderstorm adds atmosphere and Omega’s familiarity with the facility comes in handy.

A callback to the first episode.
A Big Damn Heroes version of the theme for a Big Damn Heroes scene of the whole Batch back together for a moment.
We may get an answer to when Crosshair had his chip removed, but it does amuse me to have a Star Wars character say he did it a long time ago.
And very much a Part 1 of 2 kind of an ending.
